It was the best decision we've ever made choosing to use Ryan as our Realtor in Austin! My husband and I were very picky and Ryan knew exactly what we wanted! Ryan set up a home search online that I could review every day since we lived about an hour outside of town. It was super convenient! When we finally decided to make an offer (this was my first home buying experience and our first home together), Ryan took the time to sit down with us and explain everything in detail - which REALLY meant A LOT to me. Within a few hours of the first walk-through, we had an offer drawn up and signed. Unfortunately, there were THREE other offers on the house that all came through that same night! IT WAS ON!! For the next 24 hours, we were in a bidding war and I can't tell you how AWESOME it was to get that phone call saying - "it's yours!" The best part about it all was that Ryan was able to secure the house for us while also under offering $1500-2500! I couldn't believe it.
